• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please do so through the scheduling platform provided in your confirmation email. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the consultation time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
